Who's this douchebag?

Um, it's Shard, the hero of Curses!, the story currently being uploaded to my gallery, and damn he's hard to draw-- between those funky feet, the ears protruding from his weird/fancy hair and getting that horn right (I think it should be thinner), he's just an ostentatious pile of DIFFICULT. Not to mention I'm not good at designing outfits, particularly male ones. Still, I think this is probably my best attempt thus far.

Ugh, besides widening Shard's form and distorting his pose a bit (he should be standing straighter), my scanner seems to have flushed out the lighter colors. His skin should at least have SOME color, and his ears and tail should be a gradient between a light flesh color and pale pink.
